Terms of Service
Last updated October 23, 2026. By using DevsKeel you agree to these terms.
The service
DevsKeel is invite-only software for a company workspace. It helps a team manage delivery work with Jira, GitHub, and deploy tools they already use.
Accounts
Access is by invitation from a company admin. You must use an email you control, keep your sign-in details private, and only use the workspace for that company’s work.
Connections
When you connect Jira or GitHub, you authorize DevsKeel to act with the permissions you grant. Actions on tickets and pull requests may be recorded under that connected account. You can disconnect at any time from You or Workspace settings.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access another company’s workspace without an invite.
- Do not abuse the service, scrape it, or interfere with other customers.
- Do not use DevsKeel to break the law or the terms of Jira, GitHub, or other linked tools.
Company content
Tickets, projects, deploy history, and other workspace data belong to the company that owns the workspace. DevsKeel hosts that data so the product can run.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. Features that depend on Jira, GitHub, Vercel, or other providers can fail when those providers fail.
Billing
Paid plans are billed through Paddle as described on the pricing page and at checkout. Team is billed per teammate. Workspace is a flat company fee that includes up to four projects. Each additional project on Workspace is billed as an Extra project addon ($45 per month or $450 per year, matching your plan’s billing period).
- Upgrades (for example Team to Workspace, or adding Extra projects) may be prorated and charged when the change takes effect.
- Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues through the end of the paid monthly or annual period. Canceling mid-period does not automatically refund unused time.
- Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise, or when we choose to issue a goodwill credit.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
