Privacy Policy

What we store

For each invited person we store:

• Email address, role in the company workspace, and the login held by Supabase Auth.
• After Connect Jira: email, Jira account id, display name, avatar address, and encrypted access and refresh tokens.
• After Connect GitHub: email, GitHub login, GitHub user id, and encrypted access and refresh tokens.

The company Jira and GitHub accounts are separate. They are used for board reads and automations, and for writes when a person has not connected their own account.

Why we store it

We use this data to sign people in, show who is assigned on tickets, and perform Jira and GitHub actions as that person when they are connected.

Where it lives

Data is stored in Supabase and served from Vercel. We do not sell personal data. Tokens are encrypted with a key held on the server.

How long we keep it

Account data stays while the person is in the workspace. Disconnecting Jira or GitHub deletes that connection. Removing the person from the company removes their membership record.

Your choices

From You, a person can change their email and password, connect or disconnect Jira, and disconnect GitHub from Workspace settings. A company admin can remove a teammate. For a privacy request about a workspace, use Contact.
